So far we have had
website hits
The new Mickleover Library opened on July 12th, 2007. The purpose built library building replaced the old library which shared the Mickleover Memorial Hall with several other groups.
The new building facilities include:-
- internet access within the main library area,
- an interview room, a meeting room and
- a dedicated ICT suite.
The local beat bobbies now have a permanent base within the library and this now brings them right into the heart of the community.
In the three years since the library opened, it has seen a year on year increase in the number of visitors.
