Russia Talk -
past events -
The group were delighted to welcome Kathy MCAteer to the Mickleover Library to give a talk on Russian life, history and food.
Kathy gave a very interesting talk giving an insight into life in Russia based on her own experience of living in the country.
She had also prepared some traditional Russian fayre for everyone to taste and this was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who tried it.
The feedback from the audience was so positive that we asked Kathy to come back in the future to give another talk. She agreed to return and fulfilled that promise in February 2010.
